Agricultural Cooperative of Bean Producers of Prespa National Park “Pelekanos”, Laimos, Prespa
The Cultural Association “Dytikes Pinelies” and the art collective “BUFF”, in collaboration with the Municipality of Prespes and the 3rd Painting Studio of the Department of Fine and Applied Arts (School of Fine Arts, Florina – University of Western Macedonia), bring together artists from Greece, Albania, and North Macedonia, the three countries that converge at the Prespa Tri-Border, in a joint artistic exploration of the cycle of matter.
The exhibition reflects on the life of matter after its industrial use, turning the “excess” into something valuable through artistic practice. From industrial residue and rubble, new artworks emerge, revealing the memory, ecological dimension, and potential for restoration embedded in materials.
Hosted in the “Pelekanos” Cooperative – a vital hub of the local economy – the exhibition weaves the natural element with a contemporary archive of matter.
